Ingredients:

1 tsp. Pepper

1 cup Cauliflower (chopped and diced)

1 tsp. Chili Powder

1 Medium Onion (chopped)

1 pkg.  1 lb. Fresh Sausage (casting removed from sausage) kind of sausages your choice

1 24 oz. Diced Can Tomatoes with Basil and Oregano

1 32 oz. Chicken Broth Low Salt

1 Small Bag Frozen Spinach

2 (15.5 oz.) Black Beans

2 Carrots (peeled, sliced and diced)

4 Small Orange and Red Peppers (diced & chopped) 

Directions:

1. Brown sausage in oil
2. Then brown onion & peppers with sausage
3. Add beans, vegetables, spices, tomatoes and broth in crockpot 4-6 hours on low
