Ingredients
- 1 lb. chopped meat
- 4-5 Baby Tomatoesdiced and sliced
- 115 oz. Canelli Beans
- 115 oz. Kidney Beans
- 1/2cup Pace Picante Sauceor salsa
- 111 oz. Green Giant Mexican Corn
- 1 Onion
- 4 Jarred Fire Roasted Red Pepperssliced and diced small
- 1 Large Green Peppersliced and diced
- 1/2cup Rice
- 1tsp. Pepper
- 1tsp. Cracked Red Pepper
- 1 Jalapeño
- 124 oz. Tomato Sauce
Recipe Notes
Directions:
- Cook chopped meat in oil on stovetop until brown.
- Add cut peppers and onion. Saute in pot with meat until soft.
- Add salsa and sauce mix together in pot
- Place meat, sauces, peppers and onions to crockpot.
- Add all beans and corn to crockpot.
- Add 1 tsp of chili powder, jalapeño, red cracked pepper and pepper to crockpot.
- Cook recipe on low for 4-6 hours on low.
- Serve with rice or on tacos. Add shredded cheese of your choice on top.
- Tacos: add lettuce, tomatoes of your choice.
- Option: Cook all on stovetop till vegetables are tender
- Add slices tomatoes at end till warm and tender
