Directions:

  1. Cook chopped meat in oil on stovetop until brown.
  2. Add cut peppers and onion. Saute in pot with meat until soft.
  3. Add salsa and sauce mix together in pot
  4. Place meat, sauces, peppers and onions to crockpot.
  5. Add all beans and corn to crockpot.
  6. Add 1 tsp of chili powder, jalapeño, red cracked pepper and pepper to crockpot.
  7. Cook recipe on low for 4-6 hours on low.
  • Serve with rice or on tacos. Add shredded cheese of your choice on top.
  • Tacos: add lettuce, tomatoes of your choice.
  • Option: Cook all on stovetop till vegetables are tender
  • Add slices tomatoes at end till warm and tender
