1 1b. Chopped Meat<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Large Egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Fresh Low Salt Bacon Strips (cooked, chopped and diced)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Onion (cooked, sliced and diced)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Cup Breaded Italian Breadcrumbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Potatoes (sliced thin slices)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Celery Stalks (sliced and diced)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Small Bag Fresh Baby Carrots<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp. Pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tbsp. Red Hot<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Cut and chop all vegetables<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cook bacon in pot, leave some bacon drippings leftover in pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Next, remove bacon from pot and dry on paper towel to remove some drippings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Cut and chop: onions and bacon in tiny pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Saute onion in pot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Remove onion and let cool down<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Mix raw chopped meat, one egg, onion, bacon pieces, breadcrumbs, pepper and red hot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Form the meatloaf in a oval round loaf in center of crock pot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Add all vegetables around meatloaf<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Cook on low for 6 hours<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
