Ingredients:

1 lb. Angus Beef Chuck Stew Pieces 

32oz. Beef Broth (low salt)

1/2 Cauliflower head (sliced and diced)

4 Celery Sticks (sliced with leaves, put in as well)

4-6 Potatoes (peeled, sliced and diced)

1 Small Bag Fresh Baby Carrots

2 Red Onions (sliced and diced)

1 tsp. Pepper

Directions:

  1. Brown beef chuck stew pieces
  2. While meat is browning, cut, slice and dice all vegetables
  3. After meat browned drain fat and put in vegetables, broth and spices with meat
  4. Cook on low in crockpot 6-8 hours

* can prepare and eat with noodles

*If limited on time you can prepare stew recipe in pot on the stove
